Microsoft Exchange Server
Is a software ( do not confuse with the name of “Server” ) ( server can be referred as
software)
It is a software that mainly used to handle email.
Other than managing the email , it also use to manage calendaring, contacts and tasks;
support for mobile and web-based access to information;
It also support data storage and hold anything that needs to be shared.
It can be access / connected by Web Browser or Outlook . ( outlook is considered as Exchange
Client )
It can work together with Outlook to enhance the original function of the Outlook
In short , Mail Exchange Server , is a software that used to manage emails , sharing
email folder, share data etc
