NIC .
We must always pay attention on the hardware / software that we have
just changed and unfortunately the change later cause the problem .
So, we must focus what have been changed and lead to problem .

Subnetting Characteristic
**Subnetting is considered as logical segment
**Subnetting is considered as divide the large network to smaller network
**Say there is 100 workstations , we can divide 50 workstations in 2 groups.
**Each group is considered as one subnet .
**We can use 3 methods to do subnetting :-
(a) VLAN method ( layer 3 switch ) OR
(b) Router OR
(c) subnet mask to create subnetting
A group of workstation in subnet A and subnet B can behave independently .
Subnet A could be Marketing Department and Subnet B could HR Department.
These 2 department shouldn’t share information like share folder or share printer .
However , we can connect these 2 subnets group , subnet A and subnet B and let them
talk to each other if we use ROUTER to connect these 2 subnets .
If we use Router to connect 2 subnets , we call this method as Routing Between Nodes
on difference subnet.
